The service

Regatta Roster helps a sailing team manage its calendar, crew, RSVPs, documents, weather, and linked race results. You get access only while your team has an active subscription or an unexpired skipper trial.

Accounts and teams

• Skippers register a team. That account is the billing admin and starts a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• Crew join only by invite. They do not get a separate trial. They share the team's trial or paid access.
• The skipper is responsible for the people they invite and for the data they enter about the team.
• Keep your login details to yourself.

Fees

After the trial, the team plan is $25 per month, or a yearly plan when offered at checkout. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel in Billing; access continues through the paid period Stripe shows, then the team is paused. Stripe checkout and invoice terms control the charge itself.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• Break the law or harass anyone
• Probe, scrape, or attack the app or other customers
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share
• Resell access or create teams only to abuse the trial

Your data

You keep ownership of the team, event, and crew information you put in the app. You give us permission to host it, back it up, send related emails, and show it to members of that team. Linked Jibeset material remains subject to Jibeset's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

Availability

We work to keep the app up, but it is provided as-is. Features can change. Weather, tides, and Jibeset results come from third parties and can be late or wrong — do not rely on them as the only source for race-day decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Regatta Roster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost races, lost crew, or decisions made from forecasts or results in the app. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees your team paid us in the three months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. If you are a consumer in one of those places, your statutory rights still apply.
